Audio Recording Permission:
Our app requires access to your device's microphone.

Purpose: We use this permission to transcribe audio-to-text notes.
Data Handling: Audio recordings are not saved; they are transcribed into text. The text is saved in the app's backend so that users can refer to their reflection notes.

When you register or log into the app, we collect the following information:

Email Address
First Name
Last Name

Purpose: This information is used to create and maintain your account, personalize your experience, and provide customer support.

Third-Party Logins:

We offer the option to log in using third-party services such as Google, Facebook, and Apple.

Google Login: If you choose to log in with Google, we collect your email address, first name, and last name from your Google profile.
Facebook Login: If you choose to log in with Facebook, we collect your email address, first name, and last name from your Facebook profile.
Apple Login: If you choose to log in with Apple, we collect your email address and user name from your Apple ID.

2. How We Use Your Information:

Create and manage your user account.
Allow access to personalized features of the app.
Provide customer support and communicate with you about updates or issues with your account.

Third-Party Login Data: If you choose to use third-party login services (Google, Facebook, or Apple), we use the collected data to authenticate your identity and allow you access to the app. This data is stored securely and used only for account creation and login.

Audio Recordings: We only use the audio recordings for the intended in-app feature:

To allow users to record and transcribe their reflections.

No Third Parties: We do not share any collected data (including login details or audio recordings) with any third parties, except as outlined in this policy.

3. Data Storage and Security:

We are committed to ensuring that your data is secure:

Login information (email, first name, last name) is securely stored and encrypted.
Audio recordings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to any external servers.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect any data stored or processed by the app.
Data Retention: Login information is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time, which will remove all associated data. Audio data is kept only for as long as necessary to perform the function it was collected for and is deleted when no longer needed.

We do not share your information with third parties under any circumstances, except:

With third-party services such as Google, Facebook, and Apple for authentication purposes when using their login methods.
We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties.

You have the following rights regarding your data:

Access and Correction: You can request to view or correct any data processed by the app, including login details and audio recordings.
Deletion: You can delete audio recordings directly within the app, and we do not retain any data beyond your use of the app.
